We are seeking an M&A (Transactions) Tax professional (Analyst level) for our growing tax team in the Madrid office. This role will give you unique career opportunities in one of the fastest growing tax practices.
Responsibilities
Providing advice in all aspects of transactions tax advisory work:
Perform tax due diligence to assess significant tax risks that could jeopardize the transaction.
Conduct pre-transaction analysis to evaluate existing tax attributes and identify potential tax value.
Design tax structures by identifying various implementation and financing alternatives.
Provide support and advice in negotiating share‑purchase agreement’s tax provisions.
Implement acquisition structures and ensure compliance with related obligations.
