Key Responsibilities
Project Financing Develop financing plans for solar and energy storage projects in the covered regions Liaise with local banks and financial institutions, coordinate with internal teams and external advisors (legal, financial, etc.), and drive the financing process to achieve Financial Close (FC). Oversee the execution of loan agreements to ensure compliance with financing terms. Maintain ongoing communication with financial institutions, submit periodic reports, and provide required documentation. Monitor project financial performance and debt servicing, identifying and resolving potential risks in a timely manner. Support potential refinancing or other financial optimization activities.
