Financial Analyst Co-op, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)

Position Summary:

Andromeda, a market group within Constellation Software Inc., is seeking a driven and analytical Financial Analyst Intern, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) to join our acquisitions team. This part-time internship provides hands‑on experience across the full M&A lifecycle, from financial analysis and valuation to due diligence and deal support. You will work closely with seasoned investors to evaluate acquisition targets, build advanced financial models, and contribute to investment decision‑making. This role is ideal for motivated students with strong Excel skills, financial acumen, and a passion for corporate finance and software industry M&A.

This role is offered remotely anywhere in Canada, or on a hybrid basis for candidates based in the Greater Toronto Area. Our Toronto office is located at St. Clair and Yonge.
