Job Summary Reporting into the Portfolio Manager, the M&A Manager will be responsible for directing Volaris Portfolio’s M&A activities in various verticals globally. This role will act as our principal industry advisor on the software industry and all related M&A elements. You will provide deep domain expertise and key industry leadership regarding acquisitions and ensure the Volaris global strategic objectives are driven throughout the acquisition process.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the Portfolio Manager in the creation of the Volaris Portfolio’s M&A strategy.

Oversee the implementation of the M&A strategy to ensure all the key objectives are met.
