SUMMARY

Tide Rock is seeking a senior M&A Counsel with 7-10 years of direct M&A transaction experience. The ideal candidate will have strong M&A legal experience, including drafting definitive and ancillary documents, negotiating terms, managing key deal party relationships, managing the deal execution process, and contributing to due diligence efforts. Large regional, national, or international law firm experience is preferred.

The right individual should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a high degree of maturity and business sense, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships.
