across Southeast Asia, including cross-border transactions, corporate carve-outs, strategic partnerships/JVs, minority investments, and sponsor-led processes. Own core execution workstreams end-to-end: process planning, diligence management, financial analysis, valuation, materials drafting, Q&A coordination, and timeline control. Coordinate across parties (client, buyers/investors, legal counsel, accountants, tax advisors, lenders, regulators) to drive progress from launch to close. Lead preparation and management of data rooms, diligence trackers, bid processes, management presentations, and key milestones.
Financial Analysis & Valuation Build/review robust financial models from scratch (3-statement, DCF, trading comps, precedent transactions, merger models; LBO where relevant).
