M&E Quantity Surveyor - Birmingham (£50,000-£65,000)
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £50,000-£65,000 (DOE)

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team and support the delivery of mechanical and electrical packages across a range of Birmingham projects. This role is ideal for someone confident in cost management who's ready to take ownership of key commercial duties and progress within a high‑performing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Cost reporting - Prepare detailed cost plans, forecasts, and financial updates.
Measurement & BOQs - Produce accurate quantities and tender documentation.
Procurement - Assess subcontractor quotations and lead tender analyses.
Valuations & variations - Manage monthly valuations, change control, and variation assessments.
Contract administration - Oversee NEC/JCT documentation...
