M&E Technical Director

We are recruiting an M&E Technical Director to lead the technical function across a building services led principal contractor. You will own technical governance from bid through design, delivery, commissioning and handover, ensuring projects are compliant, buildable and commercially robust. Working with clients, consultants, supply chain and internal delivery teams, you will shape briefs, drive design excellence and support new business growth while leading and developing a multidisciplinary technical team.

* Technical accuracy, compliance and consistency across all M&E projects and contracts.

* Robust project briefs, feasibility studies, site appraisals and option studies that set schemes up for success.
