M&E COORDINATOR Job Description: Be part of the site team to perform engineering design, project management and oversee drawing management, and control of technical documentation Good knowledge of Singapore Building Regulations and codes, design development & detailing To assist Project Manager for site M&E services planning, coordination, supervision, monitoring and inspections To ensure site activities are executed in full compliance with technical specification and approved drawings within project budget and schedule To liaise with authorities, consultants and subcontractors for technical submittal and approval To adhere to construction procedures and safe work practices Others ad-hoc related duties as assigned. Requirements:- Possess a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent Min 2 years' experience in Residential/Industrial/Commercial and/or Institutional project Self-motivated, independent and goodinterpersonal & communication skills
