Job Opportunity

We are looking for a kind and passionate LVN to work in a Skilled nursing facility. Provide and coordinate nursing care in compliance with facility policies. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, passing medications, electronic charting, and consulting patients' families about the patients progress

Requirements:

• 1 yr of experience in post acute/LTC setting - preferred
• Vent and Trach experience is a plus
• Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
• Reliable and hardworking
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Bilingual is a plus

Shift: Am, with weekend availability

Days Availability- Ongoing
