Community Options, Inc.  is a national non-profit agency providing services to individuals with disabilities in 12 states.    We are now hiring a skilled PRN  Lic ensed Vocational Nurse  in Austin , TX . The L.P.N. delivers care to individuals in a community setting utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. This person will interact with individuals, significant others, and health team members while maintaining the standards of professional nursing.       Responsibilities
