Rikas Group is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead culinary operations in Dubai. This role requires a hands-on leader passionate about maintaining high culinary standards and managing large kitchen teams within luxury dining concepts.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8-12 years of culinary leadership experience, including 3-5 years in an Executive Chef role, with strong operational knowledge and financial acumen. HACCP certification is preferred.
