You will be involved in managing public feedback which includes drafting replies to feedback providers, assisting the Manager in preparing feedback reports for submission to Management, assisting in automation projects to improve feedback management processes, and auditing the service standards of replies. You are expected to analyze feedback trends and organize engagements with the relevant teams to resolve issues collectively.

• Diploma in any discipline, preferably Communications, Business Information Technology or Analytics equivalent
• Experienced in Service Audit
• Experienced in tools such as Excel Macros, Python, RPA will be an advantage
