Protocol Education is working closely with friendly primary schools across South Bristol to find caring, reliable and flexible Learning Support Staff who genuinely enjoy helping children thrive.

This includes Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, SEND support staff and intervention specialists who love making a difference beyond the front of the classroom. At Protocol Education, we take pride in matching support staff to both short- and long-term roles that fit their experience, strengths and availability.

You’ll be supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, working one-to-one or in small groups, helping children build confidence, stay engaged and feel supported in their learning. You’ll be joining schools with warm, inclusive cultures where teamwork, kindness and staff wellbeing really do matter.
