Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain AWS RDS databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server) and NoSQL databases DynamoDB, MongoDB).
  • Apply ITIL-aligned incident, change, and problem management practices in daily operations.
  • Ensure database performance, availability, and scalability through proactive monitoring and tuning.
  • Design and implement automated solutions for provisioning, backup, recovery, and scaling using AWS-native tools and scripting.
  • Provide L2 operational support, including root cause analysis and issue resolution aligned with ITIL service operations.
  • Implement security controls, data protection, and compliance in line with cloud and ITIL governance frameworks.
  • Support business continuity and disaster recovery strategies, including high availability and replication.
  • Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation, ensuring timely response to ...
