LPN or RN – Homecare With Heart

Homecare With Heart is offering you the most competitive pay scale in the area. We're looking for compassionate and experienced nurses to provide care for our clients in their homes. As a Home Care Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality, expert care of your assigned homecare patients. Starting rate for LPN: $26 per hour, RN: $30 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Administer medication in accordance with standards of practice.
• Encourage social rehabilitative skills and encourage self-care and independence.
• Perform client treatments in accordance with Plan of Care
• Assist the consumer in learning appropriate self-care techniques.
• Prepare clinical and progress notes to document care provided.
• Monitor, document accordingly and report any change in client condition to Clinical Director/Clinical Supervisor
