JOB SUMMARY:

Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Participates in the implementation and evaluation of patient care. Ensures the health, comfort, and safety of patients. Performs a variety of tasks including concepts of patient centered care and demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
