Oversees and coordinates patient care activities of assigned nursing unit to maintain and enhance quality of patient care.
Schedule : Monday - Friday
Shift : Clinic hours unless need dictates otherwise
Location : Walworth Hospital & Medical Center
Pay Range: $62, ,834.48
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs duties of LPN.
• Revises, develops and implements policies and procedures and monitors compliance with the same.
• Interview, supervises and evaluates personnel of assigned units.
• Schedules unit personnel to assure efficient patient flow.
• Participates in planning and promoting public relations.
• Is flexible to work alternate shifts.
• Manages departmentalized budgets involving staff and materials.
• Participates in planning and implementing PI's and Quality initiatives.
• May need to work overtime on more than an oc...
