What You Should Know About the LPN Team Float Role:

This is a driving position and will travel to see patients in both homes and facilities within the Southwestern Montgomery/Preble County areas. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00A-5:00P with an every sixth weekend rotation and one holiday per year. We provide superior care and superior services to patients at their end of life journey. Only those who have a heart for hospice will succeed.

The LPN/RN Float Essential Duties:

The LPN Team Float provides quality nursing care to patients in a manner that meets the patient and family needs working under the direction and supervision of an RN Care Manager.

Qualifications:

LPN's - Registered LPN with the State of Ohio without any board actions. One year of previous nurse experience.
