Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The LPN will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. This role requires clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care to patients.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician and monitor patient responses.
• Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories.
