Licensed Practical Nurse

The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed hospital in Manchester, TN, and we are looking for compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Med Surg team. This role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care while working alongside a collaborative healthcare team in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments and reassessments for patients of all ages (pediatric to geriatric) under RN supervision
• Assess, reassess, manage, and educate patients on pain management
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, dysrhythmia and recognize changes in patient status
• Perform point-of-care testing per Clinical Laboratory's & patient care unit's policies and procedures and interpret results
