Position Overview:

Following established procedures, prepare exam rooms and patients for physician or physician’s assistant’s examination. Assist with procedures as requested.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified full-time candidates.

Note: Although each LPN may be assigned to a specific physician, all incumbents should be prepared to act as backup for each other as needed.

Tasks and Responsibilities:


+ On a daily basis, access the EMR system to obtain patient list and appointment times.

+ On a daily basis review and prepare patient charts including:

+ Call for imaging and lab results

+ Call referring offices to obtain office notes and diagnostic testing results

+ Ensure a & b above are received in time for the physician to review prior to the patient’s appointment
