Job Description:

Position: LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

Shift: 2:30pm-11pm

Status: Part-Time

Required Qualifications:

+ LPN degree from an accredited school of nursing

+ Current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a Licensed Practical Nurse
