**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide compassionate nursing care to our residents, under the direction of a physician or Registered Nurse.
Every day, you will assess resident needs and deliver essential physical or psychosocial care.
To be successful in this role, you will exhibit genuine compassion for patient well-being, an understanding of your critical role in ensuring their comfort, and the patience to explain procedures, answer questions, and maintain accurate documentation.
+ Provides families of patients with emotional support, information and guidance in treating the identified patient.
+ Educates patients and families in areas of health and illness that maintain optimum levels of physical and emotional functioning.
