White Pine Senior Living is seeking an LPN for our Inver Grove Heights II location.

Full time

Shifts: 9am-5pm and on call

Pay Range: $30.00+ DOQ

The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for performing a variety of nursing duties including the implementation of resident's individualized care plans, monitoring resident health status, documentation and reporting of changes in resident's condition. The LPN will also ensure that the home care services are in compliance with current regulations and standards.
