Work Schedule: The outpatient LPN/LVN – will be on duty for a minimum of 40 hours per week. Scheduled shifts are Monday through Friday between the hours of . Schedules may vary to accommodate demand between these hours. Shifts are for a minimum of 9-hours per day to include a one-hour (non-paid) lunch break. Any schedule changes must be submitted to the COR. Significant changes must be approved by the contractor and may require a contract amendment. The Outpatient LPN/LVN – shall not be required to work on weekends and Federal holidays, with the exception, of LPN/LVNs assigned to gastroenterology who must pull call.

LPNs in the Gastro Clinic will participate in on call coverage as part of a rotational schedule; one week of on call (Monday through Sunday) not to exceed more than once every four (4) weeks, per FTE.
