Job Description
**Job Title: Electrical Assembly Technician**
**Job Description**
The Electrical Assembly Technician assembles, routes, and wires low-voltage electrical panels and wire harnesses with a high level of precision and organization. This role involves reading and interpreting electrical and mechanical blueprints and schematics, performing detailed wiring and terminations, and ensuring that all work meets quality and safety standards in a clean, climate-controlled panel shop environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Route and wire low-voltage electrical panels and wire harnesses according to schematics and blueprints.
+ Read and decipher electrical and mechanical blueprints and schematics to determine wiring layouts and component placement.
+ Perform low-voltage electrical terminations using spade, ring lug, ferrule, compression, and flex lugs.
+ Strip, crimp, and prepare wires using appropriate hand tools and apply heat shrink tubing where required.
