Your specific duties will include:

• Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for a portfolio of delinquent or high-value mortgage accounts, providing consistent borrower communication and support.


• Contact, negotiate, and implement loss mitigation strategies—including loan modifications, short sales, deeds in lieu, and other alternatives—to minimize foreclosure losses.


• Handle specialty functions such as bankruptcy accounts, liquidation outcomes, and complex borrower situations, ensuring compliance with investor, legal, and departmental guidelines.
