The Loss Mitigation Title, Team Lead will be responsible for reviewing title searches, identifying if title defects exist, determining the responsible party for those defects, and working to clear any origination or servicing related title issues in a timely manner, as part of the Loss Mitigation underwriting process. Also, responsible for providing workflow direction and assistance to lower-level team members. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay range for this position is $28.00 - $31.00 per hour.
