I am the Beauty Advisor Artistry and Education, Advocacy and Influence Manager. I am responsible for driving the omni experience & expertise of our Beauty Advisor population. My projects inspire and upskill our BAs to be more engaged in social, digital & online platforms, enabling them to deliver an exceptional consumer experience. I am an innovator & omni entrepreneur, pushing omni development to the future & constantly building my knowledge and expertise to build innovative plans.
