Managing order delivery activity: ensure daily monitoring of delivery flows and guarantee deadlines are met.
Adapting resources and means: plan and adjust staffing and vehicles based on operational needs and volumes.
Implementing and monitoring KPIs: define, analyze, and track last-mile performance indicators (deadlines, success rates, customer satisfaction, costs).
