Key Responsibilities

1. International Trade & Documentation
   • Prepare and manage all transit documentation for machines and spare parts from origin to destination.
   • Expertly review and prepare documents under Letters of Credit (LC) terms for export.
   • Manage Duty and VAT payments for imports from China, ensuring full compliance with HMRC regulations.
   • Stay current on import declarations and transport regulations within Spain and Portugal.
2. Shipment Coordination & Monitoring
   • Provide end-to-end monitoring of cargo (Import/Export/Local) and maintain real-time tracking reports.
   • Liaise with the China export team, product lines, and logistics providers to optimize delivery timelines.
   • Coordinate directly with shipping lines, ports, brokers, and haulage companies to ensure on-time delivery.
   • Collaborate with the EU Logistics Team for cross-regional and intra-subsidiary movements. <...
