Report to: National Procurement Manager
β’ Work with purchase requestors: distribution/warehouse/manufacturing/logistics to understand supply specification
β’ Build procurement Plan quarterly & Establish appropriate POV
β’ Collect market information / intelligence about categories to understand available supply
β’ base; assess risks and opportunities to propose the best supply source
β’ Analyze Monthly Cost Matrix applied in each area/each supplier
β’ Quarterly evaluate current suppliers and search for potential suppliers
β’ Negotiate with suppliers; evaluate and determine the best proposal to submit for approval
β’ Frequently update changes in annex & system to prepare & update contracts accordingly
β’ Create and maintain info record and contracts in SAP for all active logistics activities
β’ File professional report to Manager; consult Manager on any difficulties & issues.
