The successful candidate will handle customer enquiries, coordinate job requirements, and ensure smooth execution of delivery operations. Key Responsibilities Plan and prepare job instructions for LCL/FCL import and export trucking operations.
Liaise with PSA, depots, and carriers to ensure timely container movement and vessel status monitoring.
Coordinate local cargo collections and deliveries between customers and warehouse teams, ensuring 100% on-time performance.
Manage MatchBox approvals and source external hauliers to optimize the reuse of empty containers.
Inspect and record container conditions manage the billing and refund process for washing and damage charges with carriers and clients.
