The Logistics Operation Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and effectiveness of automated systems, maintenance processes, and operational assets. This role supports corrective and preventive maintenance activities, continuous improvement initiatives, reporting, and asset management through systems such as ServiceNow, Maximo, GIS, and OEE dashboards. The position plays a key role in minimizing downtime, improving system performance, and ensuring data integrity across maintenance operations. Key Responsibilities Corrective Maintenance Monitor and review ServiceNow tickets related to automation on a daily basis.
Perform Level 1 troubleshooting and resolve service tickets where possible.
Escalate unresolved issues and perform Level 2 troubleshooting until closure.
Support troubleshooting efforts for L3/L4 software and automation-related issues.
Collaborate with GIS teams to resolve defects related to GIS applications or software.
