Job Description

Introduction:

Our client, a well-established manufacturing of Base Metal Materials is urgently looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with Sales Account Manager with regards to contract execution and pricing status of the contracts
  • Setting-up and maintaining a planned shipments calendar
  • Arrange bulk shipment, unload cargo, and replenish stock from the warehouse
  • Communication with customers for payment and delivery
  • Monitoring/reconciliation stock positions
  • Monitoring/reconciliation timely receipt of funds
  • Receiving and checking L/C documents
  • Ad hoc assignments

    • Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • Fluent spoken written English, Mandarin and Chinese (Cantonese)
  • 8 years or above of logistics and shipping experience in commodity industry, ...
