Job Description

Responsibilities




  • Independently handle full set of import & export operation and shipping orders

  • Ensure accuracy of ERP data input & database for management review

  • Design and develop SOPs, Working instruction

  • Coordinate among vendors and logistics service providers for shipment arrangement

  • Prepare monthly operation analysis report to management team

  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned



    • Requirements




  • DSE / Form 5 or above

  • Minimum 3 years relevant experiences, preferred in air freight forwarding industries

  • Familiar with China import and export customs process is advantage

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage

  • Self-motivated, positive and meticulous

  • Proficient in MS office...
