CHEP Brazil is looking for a People Leader – Logistics Execution to lead nationwide logistics execution, ensuring outstanding customer service, operational excellence, and disciplined cost management.

This role is ideal for a senior logistics leader who enjoys managing complexity, leading teams at scale, and driving continuous improvement in fast-paced environments.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead and develop a team of Logistics Execution Analysts and Coordinators, building a high-performance and results-driven culture.
• Own logistics execution performance across the country, balancing service levels and cost-to-serve.
• Manage an annual logistics budget, including reviews, reconciliations, and efficiency initiatives.
• Drive root cause analysis and cross-functional solutions to improve service reliability and reduce risks.
