Job Title: Logistics Coordinator What You’ll Do

+ Manage and complete freight documentation requests (bills of lading, delivery tickets, etc.) for internal teams

+ Ensure timely and accurate delivery confirmations from drivers and third-party carriers

+ Communicate with drivers and carriers via phone, email, and text to drive data accuracy and compliance

+ Provide frontline support for logistics applications; troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed

+ Assist with order entry and updates in internal systems and dispatch platforms (including TRIPS)

+ Review and validate system data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance

+ Monitor trends in documentation and data entry errors; help identify opportunities for improvement

+ Generate and analyze reports related to carrier performance, delivery timelines, and data quality
