It's an exciting time to be part of IFF, as we are offering rewarding employment in Penang, Malaysia, as Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities 

  • Understand and apply the fundamentals of imports and exports.
  • Maintain integrated relationship with Broker, Freight Forwarder and Customs. 
  • Communicate information to Broker who arranges the paperwork and releases to the Customer. 
  • Communicate product delivery information.
  • Prepare appropriate documentation including import licenses.
  • Request shipment of material when available
  • Follow the steps to receive & check documents, ensure no discrepancy; may have to request revised documents. 
  • Knowledgeable of the Import Trade System 
  • Knowledgeable of the Harmonized Code (HS Code)
  • Follow the customs clearance process.
  • Follow product through transportation and into...
