**Job Description**

This newly created position focuses on implementing and managing the new ERP software within a dynamic logistics environment. The role involves coordinating logistics and warehouse operations to ensure seamless movement of goods from receipt to dispatch.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assign tasks to warehouse staff, optimize facility storage space, and ensure the smooth flow of goods.
+ Evaluate operations from a systems and scalability standpoint rather than just maintenance.
+ Own the new ERP system (Extensiv) and report directly to the General Manager with reports and KPIs.
+ Coordinate with freight carriers, prepare bills of lading (BOL), and verify shipment accuracy.
+ Oversee cycle counts, track stock levels, and reconcile discrepancies.
