**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, inspection, issuing, and inventory counting
2. Prepare goods for shipping and coordinate equipment booking for cargo loading/unloading
3. Maintain real-time inventory records in CMMS and electronic systems
4. Coordinate material and tool delivery with offshore end users and contractors
5. Manage material codes for consumables and warehouse tools
6. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure system accuracy and data integrity
7. Handle disposal of waste and hazardous chemicals in compliance with regulations
8. Prepare shipping manifests and maintain records in CMMS
9. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and prevent workplace incidents
10. Coordinate jet fuel refilling, delivery, and storage for tote tanks
