Job Description

Responsibilities

Essential:
  • Managing stock levels using IT database systems.

  • Negotiate with suppliers.

  • Meet established deadlines.

  • Facilitate communication amongst production, sales and shop floor.

  • Overseeing warehouse operations.

  • Supervise orders and arrange stock of raw materials and associated equipment to ensure they meet fluctuating demands.

  • Implement any HSE and QSE directives given by the management team.

  • Complete weekly/monthly stock take.

    • Knowledge, Skills, Experience

    To be considered for the role of Logistics Coordinator you will need:
  • Experience in planning, purchasing, delivering goods and services to customers

  • Advanced Excell data analysis and reporting experience

  • Ability to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods
