Real Matter is hiring a full-time, on-site Logistics Coordinator in Medellín

If you’ve handled drayage, FTL, or both from pickup to delivery and can keep operations moving without constant follow-up, this role is for you.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing shipments from start to finish
• Coordinating with drivers, dispatch, warehouses, and customers
• Tracking loads and solving issues before they become bigger problems
• Handling appointment scheduling, updates, and customer communication
• Working with internal teams to keep operations efficient and profitable
• Managing multiple loads at once in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• C1+ English required (written and spoken)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in drayage, FTL, or both
• Experience managing the full logistics cycle
