Job Description
- Assists the Logistics Supervisor in the creation of the daily local delivery schedule.
- Reviews shipment and delivery schedule request and checks adequacy of trucks and manpower.
- Recommends to LOG Supervisor shipment and delivery adjustments as needed.
- Monitors the status of shipments and deliveries.
- Coordinates between delivery personnel and the Sales team for any delivery concern.
- Coordinates the pre-booking with shipping lines and airlines as needed.
- Monitors the completeness of SIS from Finance issuance to forwarding for dispatch and return from delivery.
- Monitors the diesel and other materials consumption and ensures timely processing of Purchase Requests and Good Issue in SAP HANA.
- Checks all petty cash liquidation reports for accuracy & forwards to Accounting on time.
- Coordinates with Motorpool and EAM on the needed truck repairs & maintenance works.
