Job Description
JOB SCOPE / DIMENSIONS
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accountable for end-to-end execution of export and local logistics operations, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance.
- Manage freight bookings, transport coordination, documentation accuracy and SAP transaction integrity.
- Control freight costs through invoice verification, rate validation and financial period alignment.
- Provide shipment visibility, performance reporting and operational support to the Supply Chain Manager.
- Domestic travel required 20%
- International travel required 0%
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Export & Sea Freight Control (Container & Bulk) Manage end-to-end export order processing from order receipt to final delivery.
- Validate purchase orders and ensure accurate SAP system capture. Confirm stock availability and coordinate dispatch planning with warehouses.
