Role Overview

Logistics/Porter – responsible for managing the flow of goods and items within BT's building portfolios, controlling loading bay systems, supporting back‑of‑house teams and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Move plants, equipment, furniture, deliveries, and materials around the site efficiently as required by the facilities team workstreams (security, material delivery, waste management strategy, cleaning, catering, and post).
• Support planning of event logistics, including loading and unloading of equipment and moving around the building to the correct space; sign in event contractors.
• Support the launch, use and training of the loading bay management system.
