Job Description
Responsibilities
- Arrange and track domestic and international shipments
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouses
- Prepare shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading)
- Liaise with suppliers and transport companies
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g. warehouse, purchasing and finance)
- Support communication with logistics service providers
- Respond to basic internal customer or supplier inquiries
- Resolve basic operational issues and escalation when needed
- Update shipment status and delivery schedules
- Monitor order fulfilment progress and flag delays
- Prepare and process shipping documents such as delivery orders, packing lists & bill of lading / airway bills
