Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage inventory levels, including stock reporting and handling of various stock types (demo, loan, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with international regulations and manage all necessary shipping documentation (customs invoices, permits, etc.).
• Utilize logistics software and asset management systems (e.g., Pastel, Excel, AssetZure) for planning, tracking, and asset management.
• Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders, and manage insurance coverage.
• Coordinate repair logistics and track cases in the CRM system.
• Identify and resolve customs or transport issues and prepare for audits.
