Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Prepare and organize shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, airway bills, and delivery notes.
• Assist in coordinating domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders and transport providers.
• Track and update shipment statuses to ensure timely delivery.
• Support import/export documentation in compliance with customs requirements.
• Update shipment details for trade compliance and customs audit reporting.
• Assist in preparing management reports such as shipment status and cost analysis.
• Monitor and reorder office supplies, stationery, and refreshments.
• Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance or repairs.
